Take it easy, hire a chef.
The reason why I opened my restaurant in 2019 was because I loved cooking for the people I loved in my neighborhood. Although my timing was wildly inauspicious and everything went to hell after 2020, I have found that my passion for sharing my favorite flavors with others has not been quelled.
So if you have a thing that you want catered, or some meals you’d like prepped for the week, or just some energy snacks for long days, let me know. I’m also always up for a culinary challenge so don’t be shy of you have rare dietary restrictions.
I’m down to cook for a few or a bunch, just give me a proper heads up!
